blob labs

blob labs is an experimental research and futures lab designed to understand how emerging generations imagine the future of technology, culture, identity, and social life. through speculative design exercises, collaborative storytelling, role-play, worldbuilding, games, and creative workshops, participants explore themes such as friendship, governance, work, digital identity, social spaces, fashion, commerce, and community.

rather than asking participants to predict the future, blob labs creates playful environments where they could collectively imagine desirable futures and articulate emerging needs, aspirations, and anxieties. the resulting insights are intended to inform the design, strategy, and visioning of future-facing technology products, platforms, and experiences.

developed through ajaibghar, the project treats imagination not simply as creativity, but as a valuable method for understanding how people want to live, connect, and create in the years to come.
